No matter how many lemon, raspberry, or pistachio macarons I offer up, someone always asks why I didn’t make chocolate. These use the basic macaron recipe which you can find HERE, and a milk chocolate ganache which you can find HERE.
*Please note: follow the recipe as for basic macarons, but substitute 50 g of almond meal for sifted cocoa. Proceed as normal.
